It looks awesome and full of new features ! :)

I would like to suggest a thing with the quick-link feature : auto-add blank target and rel attributes when it's an external link.

Please try JCE Pro 2.8.2 Beta 3 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

Ant default attributes (including target) set in Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Link will be applied to the Quick Link. If the link is external and has a target of _blank, then rel="noopener" is automatically applied.

However, target of _blank is also added when internal link is inserted (e.g. : index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=33&Itemid=103 or http://www.samewebsite.com/custom-url)

Yes, as it is set as a default parameter.

I understand why you might want to add a _blank target for all external links, but I can;'t make this a default, as some users might not want it, so the next best thing is to use the Target parameter. I don't want to add a new option just for external links.
