Hi team,

I use JCE Editor / File Manager to upload a large amount of files (.pdf, .pptx, .docx, .mp4, etc) on my company website. We now have 10s of thousands of files on our site as basically hyperlinks.

For example:

- Competitive Playbook.pdf
- Strategy Guide.pptx

Our audience is having a difficult time searching and finding these files (.pdf, .pptx, .docx, .mp4, etc) through the thousands of other files we have,

Is there a way to add "tags" or "labels" to a linked .pdf or .pptx within JCE Editor or otherwise to be able to search and find it easier on my website?

Thanks

Ryan
Tags will only be added in a major release and revamp of the File Browser later next year.

JCE Pro 2.8 does now include a 3 folder deep file search, using the search field in the File Browser. This includes the ability to search by extension, and using wildcards, eg:

.pdf will seach for all pdf files
2019*.pdf will search for all pdf files with 2019 in the name.
