Hi,

I just renewed my JCE Pro subscription. On one of my sites, the editor is at version 2.7.20 - the latest JCE Pro is 2.8.0. However, when I attempt to use the Joomla Update component no update for JCE Pro appears? How can I get the system to recognize that there's a new version of JCE Pro via the Joomla Update component?

JCE Pro 2.8.0 was released as a "soft update" - for direct download only and not via the updater - as this version included significant changes, with potential unknown bugs.

JCE Pro 2.8.1 will be released on all channels this week.
