My icons have disappeared. Tried reinstalling. Looked at Google for missing icons. Nothing.

There is no editor tool bar. In the setup of JCE it shows a tool bar that should be appearing but it does not appear when editing an article or custom module. The tab to change the view of the editor is also absent. I left the default in "Code", but that didn't change the absence of the tool bars.
I attached the editor page with the missing toolbars.
Maybe an extension gets in the way.

The login you sent me does not give me access to the Global Configuration, so I am unable to make any changes that may be necessary.
In System -> Global Configuration, set Default Editor to Editor - JCE
Then for each user in Users -> Manage, in the Basic Settings tab, set the Editor option to Use Default.
