Hello, I just realized the resize settings will upscale an image if it's smaller than the size set in the upload options. Some of my clients are barely able to use software let alone understand image sizes. Is there a way the upload can ignore the size if it's smaller than the resize settings? I have some photo software that does.

I just realized the resize settings will upscale an image if it's smaller than the size set in the upload options.
It shouldn't do this, and it's not in my tests - I have tested uploads of images at widths of 640px and 400px, with the resize options set to resize to 800px, but all the images are uploaded without resizing.
