I would like to do some calculations in a table, such as adding figures in columns, etc. just like in a spreadsheet, Is this possible with JCE ?

The table that you can create in JCE is an HTML table - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/table - it does not have the capabilities of a spreadsheet table.
