I would like to make a special character available in the editor, the therefore sign (&there4) ∴
I manage to do this by changing the charmap.js file in components/com_jce/editor/tiny_mce/plugins/charmap/js/
Is this save to do this that way?
And what is the best way to do this? The original file, some sort of override?

This would be of great use for me and I am sure for many non-English langue users. Even an override, if this is possible, would be fine.
In the meantime, I will use this method and overwrite the file on every update.

Just installed version 2.8 and very satisfied with the possibility to add special characters (custom character) to the existing list.
