Hi, I installed the latest version of the mediabox 2.0.10, to manage popups, but I only have the possibility to use them with ligthbox effect, in popup type it is not possible to choose another one,where did the popup windows go?

The "Window" popup method was removed in JCE 2.7 as it no longer works in tabbed browsers.
You can use the MediaBox option to create "lightbox" style popups, or the WidgetKit and RokBox options if you are using one of these extensions, and have the plugin installed - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/plugins
