Resolved Microdata not loading joomla 3.9.6

I have recently purchased and installed JCE Editor on my site running Joomla 3.9.6 for the prime reason of editing Microdata - but when I go to do so i.e highlighting content to open microdata editing box - nothing happens it says loading but after 10 mins still nothing - please advise / help?

I suspect there is an issue retrieving the schema data from schema.org - https://schema.org/docs/schema_org_rdfa.html

It is working for me now on your site, so the Microdata schema should be downloaded and cached.

You should be able to access it now.
