When editing an image and applying a resize or crop action, you receive an Action "resize/crop" failed. Temp image could not be loaded message.
By default, the Image Editor uses the Joomla tmp folder to store temporary images required to perform the resize or crop action, but due to some server restrictions usually set via the htaccess file, the tmp folder may not allow direct access to files.
To fix this, set the Cache Folder value in Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Filesystem to media/jce, or to any other writable folder path.
