Updates to JCE Mambot, Ccomponent and Image Manager plugin

Hi,

If you haven't already noticed, I have add some updated versions of the JCE Admin Component, Editor Mambot and the Image Manager plugin to the downloads section. 

Please download and install.

Unfortunately, uninstalling the Admin component or editor mambot will require a reinstallation of all plugins.

 Oh, and the forums are open now!
